Calling All 5th Grade Parents!!!

The planning committee needs help from our parents as we prepare for the end of year celebration for our 5^th graders.

• IT’S A KODAK MOMENT!!!!

The 5^th grade planning committee is working on a memory book for our students.  We are looking for pictures of our 5^th graders from kindergarten through 5^th grade.  Including, but not limited to Field Day, Hoe Down, Spelling Bee, Music Programs, etc.  If you have photographs of your child through the years here at Kohrville and would like to have them included in this book please email them to Christy Cox at coxchristy@sbcglobal.net.  These pictures may also be put on a disc and left in the front office labeled for her.  If you need this to be returned to you please mark it as such & put your name and your student’s name on the disc.  (We will include as many of these photos as space allows.)

• GIVE A SHOUT OUT TO YOUR STUDENT!!!!!

If you would like to include a personal note to your student we will be offering “well wisher” ads for $10.00 to be included in this year’s memory book.  You can pick up a form in the front office if your child did not bring one home. Please see the form for more information and due dates.  It’s a great opportunity to send them off on their next great adventure with a special note from their family and friends!!!

Dash for Dollars

We will be having our "Dash for Dollars" Run for your Heart fun run on Thursday February 11th.  This will be our second major fundraiser for the school year and again the proceeds will go toward having our track paved at the school.  All information about the "Dash for Dollar" will be sent home with our students on Monday February 1st.  If you are able to help work the fun run please contact the PFO at Kohrvillepfo@gmail.com or you can contact the school office 832-484-7200 and leave a message for the Volunteer coordinator or PFO. 

Valentine Parties

The holidays are approaching which means it's party time! Room moms will need to come and help load bags for your classes. Check your email or Tuesday folders for more information. The party will be Friday February 12th.

Teacher Appreciation Luncheon Round 2

We have our second luncheon coming up and we will need lots of help! We will be serving sandwiches and sides. There will be more info to come so keep checking in with us!

Muffins with Mom

We will be having Muffins with Mom on Nov. 10 for last names beginning with A-M and on Nov. 11 for N-Z. We will begin serving promptly at 7:20am.

Fall Fundraiser Product Delivery

The date has been set for our Fall Fundraiser Delivery.  The product will be available for pickup on Thursday October 29th from 3:15-7:30 in the Kohrville Gym.  Please make arrangements to pick up your product during this time as we do not have freezer space to hold any frozen food items.
